Unearth A Story, for Adults 18+. Each book (print, ebook, audiobook) earns ONE entry into the WARP 2026 Prize Drawing (limit 6 entries). Participate online by registering at wml.readsquared.com starting 2/1/26. Staff are available for assistance.

  • Thursday, January 1: Happy New Year! Library closed.
  • Friday, January 2: No Story time, no Friday Fillers.
  • Wednesday, January 7: WML Lego Club, 4:30-6pm (6th grade & under)
  • Friday, January 9: Story Time 10-11am (birth to pre-K), story, songs, craft. Friday Fillers 1-3pm (K-6th grade), Lego fun
  • Monday, January 12: Library Advisory Board Meeting 12pm. Free Legal Clinic 2:00-3:00pm. Call 384-4612 to schedule a 20-minute virtual appointment with a volunteer attorney.
  • Wednesday, January 14: Teen Activities Group, Lego Fun, 4:30-6pm (Schedule change–moved from Tuesdays)
  • Thursday, January 15: Friends of the Library Virtual Meeting, 5:30pm
  • Friday, January 16: Story Time 10-11am (birth to pre-K), story, songs, DUPLO play. Friday Fillers: Movie at the Fox Theatre, free admission, concessions available for purchase, 1pm.

  • Monday, January 26: Colorado State University Southeast Area Extension ESL Class. Call Claudia Terrazas at 719-940-0138 to sign up.
  • Wednesday, January 28: Teen Activities Group, movie: Wonka, 4:30-6:30pm (schedule change–moved from Tuesdays).
  • Friday, January 30: Story Time 10-11am (birth to pre-K), story, songs, DUPLO play. Friday Fillers 1-3pm (K-6th grade) Games.
  • Saturday, January 31: Bent’s Old Fort: Stories from the Borderlands. Pre-European Cosmology, 2pm in the Meeting Room.
