It is the mission of Woodruff Memorial Library to be vital and dynamic, an open door to opportunity, where people come to be inspired, informed, connected and leave delighted. In order to best accomplish this mission, library cards are issued to residents and nonresidents free of charge. The following policies govern granting and use of library cards.
Library Card Application
Accounts offer access levels to meet the needs of many differing situations. The application form must be completed in full, including street address for patrons with PO Box numbers, and signed. Picture ID, signature of a responsible adult, and proof of current address are required to receive a verified account with full privileges.
Multi-user verified accounts
Full privileges and are verified with the ID of an adult who agrees, through their signature, to be responsible for any fees or charges by any person they have authorized to use the account.
Individual verified accounts

Unverified accounts

Restricted accounts
Offered to anyone who has had their privileges revoked due to chronic or extensive fines, loss or other problems.
